For a minute I thought I'd have to create multiple websites to advertise my products and services, but the truth is that each and everything I do - consulting for upscale retailers, photographing people, writing or coaching on career change - make up who I am in my core: someone who intrinsically cares about creating beautiful things, offering outstanding experience - whether for customers or employees - and offering things of great value to people - may that be self-development, professional development or a beautiful perspective of who they are.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER
I have always loved the pursuit and creation of beauty which is what led me to explore a career in photography circa 2021. I photograph anything that has human life in it and I do so in the most truthful, spontaneous, and personalized way. A personal history of struggling with self-esteem and self-acceptance made me want to further develop my skills in creating connections with and offer a safe space to other women who don't feel as confident in front of a camera but want to give themselves the chance to be seen and portrayed by me. I am all about document the most candid and imperfect beauty just as it is.

THE RETAIL STRATEGIST
As most people I've crossed paths with, Retail wasn't my first choice for a career. But as I realized - over 15 years ago - what a brilliant path I could make of it, I worked my way up the corporate ladder until I created my own repertoire on creating, leading and retaining hight performing retail teams through a sustainable company culture that foster learning and development in upscale brands.
I have gathered experience in high end brands in Brazil, Australia, United States and Canada in both the operational and strategic ends of the business.
I have built retail culture and teams from the ground up - such as opening the physical retail operations of Aesop in Brazil, led multiple unit and remote markets, created, reshaped and strategized a retail and customer centric culture in fashion brands and as of recently I share all my learnings on my Substack THE RENEGADE COLLECTIVE while also consulting for other upscale brands who wish to challenge the status quo and offer higher employee and customer experiences.
I am also available for lectures and workshops in the industry.
THE EDUCATOR
Assisting others with their own personal and professional development is directly connected with everything that I do. Whether it's by showing how I see them through my camera lenses and offering a different and beautiful perspective, or by creating a learning culture within a business to ensure that we are forming, educating and empowering people with knowledge and not just employing them.
Which is why at some point I also felt the need to create a few courses and share the knowledge to those who just need a push in the right direction.
